We ordered a PS3 online and received a delivery confirmation email stating that the parcel would be delivered to our address in london which was the delivery address supplied when placing the order and everything seemed fine. However we then received a text message from DPD saying that the order had to be delivered to our old address because my card had not been updated to the new address yet 200 miles away from us which meant that we had to pay almost an extra £25 for it to be delivered to the correct address. Apparently it is their policy to send the first 2 orders to the billing address and when we contacted them this is all they said but there was no warning of this and everything we got confirming our order said that our order was going to be delivered to the new address otherwise we wouldn't have placed the order to start with.
However the website is easy to use and prices are excellent but they should tell you first thing the CORRECT address that the package is being delivered to.
