I read these reviews yesterday with horror. I'm not too sure what made me continue with my order, I guess because I can be stubborn/ stupid and I had a discount code! I received flowers from Serenata last year, the first time I'd heard of them and soon after bought some for my mum...both were lovely.
Great news! I've just had a phone call from my grandma thanking me for the lovely flowers.
The only problem I had was that my discount code didn't work in the checkout. That did annoy me somewhat especially as I'd allowed myself to be upsold based on having the discount. I placed the order anyway because I wanted the flowers. Then I emailed their customer service telling them what happened and advising that I would be much more likely to use them again if they honoured my discount code. Hey presto today I have an email response telling me £5 has been refunded to my card!
I honestly can't fault them so in the interests of fairness thought I should add my positive experience here.
