hidden charges totally unacceptable
was hit with GBP 50 'out of hours charge' when collecting the car from Europcar. This was not detailed in my agreement and leabes me with no trust in CarDelMar

did not get booked car
was delayed due to bad weather and kept the renal car provider informed throughout the delay. The group car I reserved was nevertheless rented to another customer leaving me with a smaller vehicle and an automatic which I did not want. Everything else was OK however including friendly helpful staff.
