I was impressed by the simplicity of the website and the speed in which quotes were returned to me. The direct messaging function was a handy way of communicating with the parts suppliers and checking that the part really did exist! I hadn't used a site like this before and did have reservations. I placed an order with one of the garages but on the day the part was to be dispatched the garage contacted me to say that the glove box was damaged and that my money had been refunded. I went for another option and again placed an order. The company reassured me that the glove box was in perfect condition and that I wouldn't be disappointed. Again, my payment was refunded, this time with no explanation as to why the item wasn't available. I feel I wasted time using the site and don't think the quotes and part availability were genuine. I gave up and went direct to BMW which obviously cost me much more for a brand new item. You may have more luck but I won't be using the site again I'm afraid.
I was really impressed with the quality of the website and the choice of brands available. My product (a gorgeous Fjallraven t-shirt) arrived very quickly and all in all it was a fuss-free transaction. I felt that the communication was just right and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Brilliant service and all the better because it is a family-run firm.
