I am really puzzled with this experience.... CAN'T BELIEVE IT !!!!

Today I should receive my order but instead I receive the second email saying my order can't be fulfilled !!!!!

I receive the first email and complained and, to my (positive) surprise, was informed the order was solved and you would receive it by 24.01.2013 in your warehouse.

Today I receive again a mail saying you cannot fullfil the order becasue it is "out of stock"... this is a joke RIGHT ??

Please clarify this once for all !!!
