Good prices but too many mistakes with the order! Wrong boiler part sent 3 times!

Very good prices. TDL Online had a fab deal but unfortunately, the money saved was counteracted by having an idle plumber sat around waiting for the correct boiler part to be sent! The wrong boiler part was sent three times!! The company was helpful in dealing with the mistakes but I’d be wary using them again.

A Worcester Bosch 38CDi Combi boiler was sent from our stock on next day service.
The boiler is packed and sealed and delivered to us direct from worcester Bosch.

Never heard of this happening but the wrong manifold was fitted on the boiler (a mistake by the manufacturer)

We done all we could to get Worcester to send the correct part out ASAP.
