Never new there was a service this good!

When I got the package (within 24 hours of ordering it) I couldn't wait to get stuck in and crack on with my home brew! I have made all sorts with it since with help from the team at wineworks.co.UK they are constantly there at hand if you have a question or just simply need some advice on how to use the kit. For example I was at work tonight and was thinking about the kit and the next step so I simply emailed the company at 7 o clock thinking that I would get a reply the next day but I actually got a reply about 5 mins later!!! Now that is service!! Before I bought my home brew kit from www.wineworks.co.uk I did shop round for the cheapest place. I ended up finding the cheapest place and the greatest customer service imaginable! I would hugely recommend getting a home brew kit from wine works for there 2nd to none service.
