How disappointing... no confirmation email was my first review... problem was that I did get an email confirmation but it went in my spam. After reading my original review a very kind man from Aferry resent it to me and I got it in time to ease my fears and had me sailing on schedule. not a happy bunny at the time but in all fairness the problem was caused by me....ooopppsss! Luckily the staff at Aferry care and do their best to rectify problems... even when they are caused by their customers. 5 stars just aren't enough to express my satisfaction. In days where most of us put up with lousy attitudes and customer care from most businesses... Aferry stand out as a gem and I am REALLY impressed.
