I orderered a long reach hedgecutter after discussing the various options with their helpfull and knowledgeable staff. It arrived the next day as promised. My only criticism is that my initial questions by e-mail were never answered but they were very helpfull over the phone. Prices were much cheaper than my local garden machinery dealer in Suffolk.
