Days after my purchase a part of my bag broke!
But it is the poor customer service to get this rectified that has infuriated me most.
I have sent email after email and no one responds!
How unprofessional! I have a broken bag and no idea how to proceed with a refund or exchange because Jules B can't be asked to deal with it!
My money was taken without any problem though!
Funny that....never again Jules B.....
