Attention to a MERCHANTS out there who looking forward to open an account with CITYLINK!!
For GOD sake if you’re looking forward to open an account with CITYLINK EXPRESS MALAYSIA, don’t do it!! I’m one of the merchant in Malaysia, have been using their service for almost a year. Initially there is no problem and everything is going smooth. But lately, they have a bunch of DUMBASS staff who can’t do their work properly and still think they’re right when it came to an issues. When you want to call to complaint or report any error, they will pass you to various department and it took a very long time to get to the right person to talk to. Sometimes, the line breaks and the worst part,their staff will said : “CAN YOU GIVE US A CALL LATER BECAUSE EVERYONE IS BUSY
WANTED TO GOING OUT FOR LUNCH” Wtf are you as a customer service you can’t said to your client THAT KIND OF WAY when the client really does need your help to solve the issues. I’ve been experienced various of cases such as parcel lost within the delivery process, lost documents. A lots of breakages cases eventhough you patched a FRAGILE stickers on it. Same goes to their finance and printing department that always issues a wrong invoice for more that 10 times and I’m as a merchant need to chase them to get update. Who need to chase who actually? Tooks more that a half year for them to analyze a single problem and come out with a solution. I PAID you Citylink, but what kind of services did you gave???????????? Very dissapointed with their management and now I heard Pos Malaysia have improve their quality of service. Looking forward to use Pos Malaysia now.
