I have dealt with Zooplus - and been a very good customer - for a good many years, and have even recommended the company to others. However my last order (and it will certainly be the last) was not delivered, and Zooplus couldn't have cared less. Their attitude was "Well it will be delivered at some point", and that was it - despite my pointing out that I lived in a very rural area and was dependent on their deliveries for my cats' food and I had nearly run out. I had ordered in good time, as usual - but the delivery still hadn't been made nearly three weeks later.
Zooplus then refused to refund my money until the order was returned to them. I pointed out that the parcel was with their courier and the return of the parcel was between Zooplus and the courier company - I was a customer who had paid a lot of money to them and they had provided me with nothing for that money. It took a lot of perseverance and an angry telephone call to one of their supervisors before I even had the promise of a refund (although this has not yet happened).
Avoid at all costs, or you could end up in court trying to get your mooney back.
