Excellent service

I ordered a Suunto data cable from Aquanauts on their website and they phoned me within minutes of the order being placed as they were concerned that the order process might have been confusing (it wasn't) and they wanted to be sure that I had ordered the right thing (I had). This is a level of customer service that most places aspire to but never reach, that they took so much care over a relatively low value order speaks volumes about their positive attitude to their customers.
The cable arrived a couple of days later, was exactly what I was expecting and works perfectly. Included in the order were two vouchers for free air fills which were unexpected but very welcome.
I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I'm hoping to be in Plymouth later this year to do some diving and I'll definitely be dropping in to say hello when I'm there.
