Website stated delivery between 2-5 days, and I got an email which informed me I would receive my package on the 3rd day (24h reception at address).
Hermes returned my order to sender, without explanation and was informed by them that I'd have to contact the company the order was made through. My email to Myprotein was friendly, as I didn't presume it was their fault. The formal reply didn't give an explanation either, just an option to re-send or get a refund. I asked for the items to be sent out again, and politely asked if, to make up for the last delivery, this be sent next day delivery service (an option which on their website only costs a few pounds), no much of an expense to them but a show of good faith.
They replied to say it has been sent, still no explanation to why it failed before and still 2-5 day delivery. After calling the customer helpdesk number on the footer of the email, it took me to MyVitamin. When I managed to get through to them the girl told me that they had an issue with printing address correctly, so although it was their fault, they wouldn't compensate a customer the few pound delivery charge to insure future orders - unfortunately, after this experience I would not recommend people to use this site.
