THere should have been an explanation that the car and not the rental office would be directly outside the station. It was not obvious where we should look to find the car. Should have been warned that we would have to take a taxi to get back to the station from the rental office. It would have been very helpful to have a map of the area in the car. It was have been very useful to have a city plan of where the office was located to return the car easily. Apart from these points it was efficient and worked well. More communication needed to help the client.
