Prompt service - and good aftersales support

It's easy to be a good merchant when all goes well - but for me the key thing is what happens when things go wrong. I've used Mr Memory on several occasions in the past with no problems - but this time round I was unfortunate to receive a faulty memory chip. I'll admit it was with some trepidation that I called them the next day, expecting a long and complicated process to get a replacement and without the option of "popping in to the shop" - but I couldn't have been more wrong. My call was answered promptly and the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Within a few minutes I had all the information I needed to return the faulty chip - and a couple of days later the replacement arrived. Quality service all round!
