Generally great experience
The staff were totally friendly and the flight was great. The check-in procedure at East Midland was fast and easy. The trouble came at Alicante, even though I had checked in online before leaving the UK and printed my boarding passes, it was chaos at Alicante and took 40 minutes to get through check-in. This meant straight onto the plane and no time to have a coffee or anything at the airport. I will use Jet2 again, but urge them to review the check-in procedures at the foreign airports especially for passengers who have taken the time to check-in on line and print their boarding passes.

Flight good but inflight catering poor
The checking in service at UK airport was great.
Service from flight attendants was great but the inflight meals were over priced and poor quality.

The communication and service from this company was excellent.
When the original item I ordered was not available, they recommended an excellent alternative and communicated the progree of the order every step of the way.
Item was quite quick in arriving.
Would deal with this company again.
