just a summary of my past few days dealing with missguided:
1.I did a big order 5 days ago. I paid extra for express delivery, because I need it quick!
2.Even though I was entitled to a reduction of 10% because of some missing items in a previous order, the coupon code didn't work and I had to pay the full price.
3.I asked per email to still give me this 10% reduction, however, my order was flagged for "security risk" (I guess because I used a new credit card) and I first had to provide my ID and proof of address
4.The money however was anyway already taken from my credit card account (full price, no 10% reduction)
5.I immediately provided all the required documents for the security check
6.However, missguided still didnt trust me and asked me for a bank statement to prove my address (even though I sufficiently proved this through a utility bill on my name)
7.I complained about this situation yesterday, and all I get back is an email saying 'thanks'. no explanation on next steps whatsoever.
Because of their slow service I will not get my order in time and I have to ask again for my 10% reduction that I should have gotten right away.
Overall a very bad experience.
