Ordered an item on the 11th of jan. After numerous phone calls and emails each speaking to a different representative which was quite frustrating in itself as there was no continuity and poor communication I was told last week it will be here this week and "there are just a few more formalities that need to take place and then the final quality check before it gets picked up... We always want to ensure our goods are properly bubble wrapped". After contacting AGAIN on the 29th of jan I was told it will be another 7 business days.
Either they are extremely inefficient bubble wrappers, dishonest, or a combination of both.
