Easy ordering,informative staff ,prompt delivery ,very bad after service!!!
All good until a query and then have to hang for 15-20minsat a time and today for 35 minutes to talk with someone .had a big query over drilling shower base and needed to speak to tech people and had to keep phoning as no one rang back. When we did speak they were very helpful .today when fitting the sliding shower doors they didn't go right across and after another call was told the wrong brackets had been supplied. They would in the post today. Lets hope they fit in the same drill holes I made!!! 2 days later not having received the said brackets ,I rang again to find out where the brackets are and wait for it ---- the brackets have never been sent . As it is now Saturday won't be received till Tuesday:(((((( If they are posted !!! Will update this if necessary.
Update
I was promised a phone call on Monday to say the bracket was on its way so at 5.15pm I hadn't had a call so after the 30 min wait I was told that the bracket had not been dispatched but she couldn't tell why.and someone would phone at 5.30pm Tuesday to tell me it would arrive on Wednesday. So watch this space!!!! I am nearly exploding and going to write to the boss .i hope many people read this are a aware of their bad service. I will update when it arrives
Now 11feb I wrote last week to the company had a poor response and still waiting for someone to sort out the bracket. So will update again later.
Now on 14th feb the correct bracket arrived but not without threatening legal action being taken on 15 th feb .VERY BAD experience and 3 weeks with no shower . Everyone promised their best but didn't follow through.
MY ADVICE DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Ordering was easy
Simply process and delivery was on the day expected .Tumble drier had a different code number to the one I ordered but on checking it did the same functions so no problem.very pleased.
