I ordered a squash racket over a weekend and I got a call from customer services on the Monday saying that the item was out of stock but they were going to get in contact with their Wilson rep and see if they could get one out to me asap.
The team at PDH kept in touch me every step of the way and I was really impressed by this. I think I got about 3 update calls from them! I got my racket delivered directly from the Wilson rep within 4 days which was impressive to say that they didn't have one on site.
I would recommend them to everybody, a very pleasant experience.
