I ordered a bed from First Furntiure and asked for it to be sent 10 days later, as I was not ready for it until then - even though the offer was 3-5 working days. I then read a few reviews saying they found it hard to get their item, and that the service was awful, and I was worried. On the 10th day, I had not heard anything, so I called the company, and spoke to a very pleasant lady, who apologised for them not sending the item. However, she guaranteed to send it next day by courier, and an hour later a man called from the company letting me know what would happen the next day with regard to the delivery. And it just arrived an hour ago. Although I did have to call and remind them about my order - they were pleasant and sent the item next day. I would use them again - just make sure you call!
