Brilliant Beading

I quite regularly order kits and beading supplies from the Bead shop. I place my orders online and items are delivered promptly and very well packaged. I have never had a problem with missing parts for kits or broken beads but have contacted their customer service to enquire on the status of orders as they do not send out dispatch notices (hence the 4 stars and not 5) and the response has always been prompt and courteous. I would buy supplies from my local bead store but the prices are lower and variety greater from the Bead Store.
