The delivery performance is truly extraordinary - overnight and in full is the norm. There is no other business I know that achieves this level of performance with this level of consistency.
On the odd occasion where I have wanted to exhange or replace a product this has been done without questions or fuss and in a friendly manner. I have even been refunded postage when there was a manufacturing quality problem with one item I ordered and wanted to return it for an exchange.
