Contemptuous customer services

Awful service from this Secret sales.
When things go according to plan (as they rightly should) then fine. When they don't, God help you. Their delivery company 'Hermes' (another bad reputation) have lost two of my orders in as many months November/January.
In my experience, customer services rarely answer your emails with anything other than a cursory blanket email. The last of which feebly apologised with the statement.
"We have sent a complaint to Hermes not to deliver parcels in this nature again to the address"
What does that mean exactly? Do they want my custom? Should I collect goods myself?
As mentioned by several other reviewers, your monies are paid weeks and sometimes months in advance of you receiving your goods. If you receive them at all of course! Their success ratio for me so far is 70/30 which lets face it really isn't good enough
Especially when you consider the wealth of other online retailers out there. Vente Privee are very good in my experience. Had no problems with them whatsoever

Bottom line is do not live up to their contractual promises. Very hit and miss

In my experience, utter amateurs with a contemptuous approach to customer after care
