Atrocious customer service; unhelpful phone staff refuse to discuss orders over the phone, insisting upon emails which are not responded to for hours! Even refused to let me speak to a manager when i chased up my email! Ordered and paid for two coffee machines - only one arrived. Do not deal with this company. I will not be doing so again.


I can appreciate human error; but this does not excuse the behavior of your unhelpful and dismissive phone staff. It would have saved me both time and inconvenience had you simply explained that a mistake had been made and that the rest of my order would follow on the next day. This could have been completed within 5 minutes over the phone. Instead i had to waste my time sending you an email and waiting two hours for a response. Truly a pathetic level of customer service!

It is a very rare occurrence but sometimes human errors are made in our warehouse, and when they do happen we work to resolve them as quickly as possible. We request all correspondence in writing so we have a written record of all problems that can then be passed onto manufacturers or management. During Christmas we do have a higher volume of emails and phone calls to deal with; however we can see that a response was sent to you within 2 hours to explain how the situation would be resolved. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by this matter.

Terrible Customer Service

Delivered something which was faulty; i ordered it because i needed it.

Would not rectify the situation.

Very rude and dismissive staff. Will not be dealing with this company again.

Stick with a proper supermarket.
