wont use again

When booking I was promised 2 free gifts, never received,
called to change booking was put on hold while system booted up, and then was told they had to call their operator to make changes, hope it isnt a premium number as I felt I was artificialy put on hold,
Changed date of return and was charged £40 dispite boat being empty, arrived early was offered earlier boat if I payed an extra £60, said I would wait till my origiinal booking and was given earlier boat free, Got the impression it is all about getting more money out of the customer, Sailing was good though, but will still be shoping around .
