My order wasn't delivered within a few days as normal, so I contacted Pharmacy2U and was told that I had to wait two weeks before they would consider the order missing. So although the money was taken from my bank account I had no tablets.
I eventually convinced them to send out a replacement, but I wasn't impressed by the time I had to wait, or the offhand manner with which the matter was dealt.
