My order wasn't delivered within a few days as normal, so I contacted Pharmacy2U and was told that I had to wait two weeks before they would consider the order missing. So although the money was taken from my bank account I had no tablets.
I eventually convinced them to send out a replacement, but I wasn't impressed by the time I had to wait, or the offhand manner with which the matter was dealt.

I can confirm your order was dispatched using Royal Mail delivery services and normally delivery is made within 1-2 working days. In a very small number of cases Royal Mail may not meet this service level and Royal Mail advises delivery can take up to 10 working days.
I am sorry to hear one of customer care advisors was offhand with you and this is not normal practice. I have forwarded your comments to our customer care manager to investigate this further to ensure this does not occur again.
