Placed an order over the phone (as item ony availible via telephone) was told there was 3 in stock.
I had to pay for delivery as item could not be shipped to local store or ordered over the counter at local store.
8 days later still no delivery, chased order to be told that no stock availible for another 10 days.
Strangely enough order cancelled as no recompense offered. Very dissapointed will not be using again.
operator not rude but not understanding as to frustration ias to such poor service.
