I purchased from Rubbersoles, having never really heard from them before.

Best price on the shoes i was considering so went for it. Delivery was within the quoted delivery times, maybe a little longer than most, happy enough.

Unfortunately, i ended up returning the shoes as i didn't like the style, so went through the returns process. Sometimes this can be a real pain, with all the uncertainty of shipping goods back.

The process was seamless, the queries i had were responded to really quickly, and that gives you the confidence in using companies that you don't use all the time.

So thumbs up, and will use again.
