Placed the order one day, received two days later via standard delivery option. I had a few problems with the product I bought, but a short phone call later I had talked through my issues (immediately through to a person) and agreed a different product was the best way to go for my needs. Two days after sending the original back through the post I had a replacement with the cost difference refunded. Excellent service.
