In February my 89yr old mother went to Optical Express she ordered bifocal glasses with a pair of sunglasses. She got them 2 wks later but she could not see properly with them, took them home for a week, to try them out, ending up taking them back.
They ordered again but they came back worse, well the story goes on and on with today being the last straw in still not having the glasses and asking for refund.
They were paid with credit card but can only give back cheque after 28days as is store policy???? The manager was so apoligetic and nice about it all he promised to phone but has not done. At the end of the day my poor mum has had to go elsewhere and pay again. The service has been dreadful.
