DO NOT TRUST THEIR FLEXIBLE ADHESIVES AND GROUT.
Purchased tiles, adhesive and grout for tiling on a wooden floor and used the products following instructions only to return to the site several days later, at my customers request, to see that the adhesive and grout had all cracked and now costing me to relay the floor again with another suppliers adhesive and grout. Very disappointed

We hope you received our email regarding this matter. As discussed, Ultra are one of the UK's leading adhesive manufacturers and we have sold 1000's of their products. Having discussed the way in which the installation took place, we can again confirm that the instructions on the back of the bag should have been followed in more detail. We feel that if the floor was primed and sealed correctly this matter would not have arisen.
