Reasonable range of goods with small problems to fulfil order

I am satisfied with range of golf goods, but little bit confused by delay in delivery. I have ordered new putter (from new Oddysey range) and accepted that delivery is waiting for pupplier (at taht time delivery expected 17th Jan). Then suddenly delivery was postponed by another week or so, and until now nothing happened. I understand that problem is on your supplier side, but you should be able indicate time of dispatching goods with better precision. I am still waiting for my putter...
