Worst customer service EVER, also wonder if their returns policy and pricing are legal?

Cope of letter sent to customer service over a month ago, no response.

Dear Sirs,

I have just been into your Isleworth shop. I haven't used this store for a long time due to the shocking customer service I received. On that occasion I bought a pair of running shoes to be told that if I have second thoughts I could return them. I did have second thoughts and tried to return them only to be told that you don't offer refunds only credit notes. When asking to speak to a manager the member of staff held up a walkie-talkie which the 'manager' barked the 'we only offer credit notes'. I was astounded. The was no signs saying this and STILL isn't. I then tried to use the credit note only to be told there we're no..... wait for it...... unusual size?? 14? 15? NO! There were no size uk 10 running shoes in stock! None! So I was left with a credit note for £100 and unable to use it. I ended up giving it away.
That was about 18 months ago. I thought I would try you again as you are the only Asics stockist in my area. I actually found a pair of New Balance, £30 the ticket said, sold! I take them to the counter to be told they are £35. When I said to the store clerk the price was wrong the reply was 'Yea bruv, the tickets wrong' when I tell him he just put the ticket on the shoe he replied 'yea so? What do you want be to do about it bruv?', I aksed if all the tickets were wrong and he replied 'yea, probably. What you gonna do about it?' shrugged his shoulders and walked off. When I asked for a manager, there wasn't one available and when I asked for their name the member of staff said they couldn't tell me.
I run a number of high street shops and if a member of my staff had talked to a customer in that manner they would have been fired, on the spot. I am not asking or even expecting this member or any others to be spoken to, I dont have the faith in the managers ability. This is not a isolate incident as far as I can gather. When recalling this to a group of mates, to a person they had had similar experiences. 8 people!
I can now say with confidence, I will never be using your shops again.
