Clear about what they offer.

I have ordered from Achica on 5 occasions now - 2 orders arrived exactly during the delivery period I had been quoted and 2 orders arrived several weeks before the delivery estimate. Finally the delivery estimate for my last order passed so I contacted the help team and they responded within 5 hours. The order arrived 4 days later than I was originally instructed. Not the end of the world

I have bought some nice items for my home but I would think twice about ordering something if it was for a present etc. At the end of the day this is not the website to order from is you need an item urgently. .
