First time user and early doubts completely dispelled by outstanding service

Dear Rich,
I used this service as an altenative to
my personal bank. Despite my reservations about transferring a substattial sum (for me), the whole transaction went through speedily as promised with costs declared and confirmed before transaction and much better than the my personal bank rates. Confirmation of arrival was prompt and reduced any anxiety I had.
Although I hope not to need to do too often, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needs dictate.
