Easy to register and create the user id.
The only problems encountered were having to exit to find the destination bank's IBAN reference code and then my own bank's (Santander) anti-fraud security system rejected and blocked the payment. (i.e. both elements were outside of GlobalWebPay's sphere of control.)
Placed a call to GlobalWebPays' support number. Phone was answered quickly, the problem was quickly and confidently explained, plus instructions on options to resolve. Advice was correct and everything worked from that point onwards.
In all a very staisfactory experience.
