Great administration and customer care.
I was very impressed as soon as I ordered my CO alarm. I was contacted by phone to advise me of the stock position and offered an alternative product. I was kept up to date regularly by E-mail on the status of my order and it arrived sooner than had been forecast. My simple query about the product was dealt with efficiently, right away and very pleasantly. Good service- a rarity these days. Keep it up.

GREAT sale GREAT staff
Bought all we needed for our new bathroom in the January sale. The staff at Stockton Heath showroom were very helpful, courteous and efficient - despite being under great pressure. Even when, for technical reasons, we had to change some items on the day of delivery everyone we dealt with was great. No questions asked, no hassle and all achieved quickly and simply. We have had a good experience and feel we got a bargain
all delivered very promptly and by friendly people. Our only problem was getting through to customer services on the telephone about the changes - but such was the success of the sale, that was understandable.
