Customer survice could be better

They are very good at getting your items out and very fast but when ever there is a problem with your order then you will get a very poor and delayed response in either the phone of website.
I tried to call Zavvi direct to be left on the phone for a hour before even getting hold of anyone that was not a machine which ended up to be a gent who sounded like I was taking up his time and did not care nor make any apology. With their "in website support" they take at the quickest was one week to reply and with no apology for for taking that much time to begin with.

In total it took a month (28 dec-28 jan) for them to sort out my order Which is just not right and very poor for a business which needs good customer service in this day and age
