Terrible Service and a Total Let Down

We have received terrible service from City Link over and over again. They seldom deliver Next Day and very recently my parcel was just dumped in a farmyard about a mile away from our house. Perishable goods were ruined. More often than not we have to do a 90 miles round trip to collect goods which we have been urgently expecting. They are a total let down and I would not advise anyone to seriously consider using them for their business or personal requirements.
