Really helpful and obliging - I would recommend them

The cutlery I ordered for my disabled mother wasn't in stock, so they emailed and we agreed on a similar style which was slightly more expensive. They did not want the additional cost and sent out the replacement cutlery the next day, which really helps my mum to eat as it's designed for folk with a tremor. A great service and I would use them again for sure.
