Very unhappy! - Well I was but Medic Animal have now sorted the problem

Well, I should have had my order of cat food 5 days ago - though MedicAnimal have my money. Following the delivery tracking service supplied by Yodel I find it is a complete fabrication, they say twice they tried to deliver but could not gain access - to a business address! There is someone covering reception from 7.30am to 7.30pm every weekday so I do not believe that for one moment. I contacted both MedicAnimal Customer Services who said they would look into it and call me back within half an hour - that was a day and a half ago. I contacted Yodel via their in-website chat facility - they promised it would be delivered the next day - an empty promise.

UPDATE: After this rant, I spoke at length with Medic Animal - the problem lies solely with Yodel, that company is damaging so may businesses with their poor service, I eventually got my parcel 7 days late! But, that being said, I now have no issue with Medic Animal, they are a good company and have promised to use a different delivery service when sending parcels to me.

Our reception staff report that very often Yodel will just dump parcels with any neighbouring company and leave them to deal with the consequences. Just plug useless Yodel into google and you'll see what I mean.
