Words do not describe how bad this company is.

So, I ordered a coat from ASOS marketplace about 16 days ago now. Had a little bit of snow on the week I ordered it so I presumed it was the weather that was affecting delivery. So when the snow had melted I contacted DX to reschedule delivery, the woman on the phone assured me my parcel would be delivered between 9 - 5 on wednesday 15th JAN. 5 o'clock came... no parcel, so I contacted DX again and they rearranged delivery for the 16th. 5 o'clock came on the 16th and yet again no parcel, I contacted dx again ect ect ect this happened every day for the next 14 days.
on the 29th I called up again and asked to speak to a manager, who flagged up my last 13 phone calls and found the parcel had never been out for delivery.
Now i'm writing this on the 29th with the assurance of a DX manager that my item will defiantly arrive on the 30th before 1pm.
DX has to be the worst mail service ever. I think I could of made a coat myself in the time its taken them to deliver.
