NOT CLEAR, NOT SERIOUS, UNTRUSTWORTHY

After paying the full amount of our tickets, we received an e-mail saying that we had an extra fee to pay because the air company had changed prices! And of course... it was the air company's responsability, not Govoyages'!!!!
