Wellies are fab delivery service is pants

Delivery service was appalling! They kept delivering when I was at work when I tried to rearrange I could not get in touch with the driver, then on the last attempt I phoned up the head office and they told me I had to go pick it up which was 30 miles away so I did just to get there and find that they had sent it back out on the truck!
