I ordered a Chinese.... no reply - just order pending - then about 25-30 mins later an order declined e-mail (no reason given). After opening computer (above done on smart phone) - I found out restaurant had not opened BUT my money was charged (taken) from account (obviously before order placed!).
SO I could wait 3+ days for refund or start again. I started again as I was damn hungry.... 30 mins later order placed/accepted by Indian (food poor and even cost £5 more!) . Boy oh boy, I could have made Chinese meal in less time.
No apology or contact from HH..... poor customer service UK style
