Delivered as promissed, the driver couldnt find the post code on his satnav. Received an email the day after to call them asap to confirm the transaction reference number from the bank never asked to provide such reference. I obtained the ref from the bank and then took me 15 minute to speak to someone who i think i manage to wake up, sounded that way anyway. Poor telephone skills and very arrogant. Overall satisfied, i havent used the hob yet still waiting for he plumber to turn up so i cannot comment about the item.
