Helpful and over-generous!

Initially tried to give us a new bath seat for the price of a battery pack. We arranged for it to be returned in return for the correct battery pack. Unfortunately ParcelForce failed to turn up to collect in the agreed time period wasting our day until 15:00 when we went out. We arranged for courier to take seat when they turned up unexpectedly delivering the correct battery pack (a.m. at the sort of time the same courier had told us they would be unable to collect!). Ability Superstore did their best in adverse circumstances.
