I ordered some bedding which was delivered to an address 3 miles away from my house. I only found out that it had been delivered there as they phoned me themselves to let me know. They had signed for their two parcels but only received one plus mine.
I heard nothing from the delivery company (city link) to say my parcel wasn't going to be delivered. I had to collect my parcel myself in the end. Guess I was just lucky it was delivered to honest people.
Obviously this is an error of City Link but my issue now is that I emailed Bedeck to complain about the delivery 5 days ago, and have heard nothing back at all. This is very poor customer service.
The bedding itself is fine, although the egyptian cotton items I ordered aren't the best quality to be honest.
I won't be ordering from them again.
